Does it really work without internet?
Yes — that’s the core of Bila. The app keeps your whole catalog on the device and saves every sale locally first. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the cloud automatically and your receipts get their official numbers. You never stop billing because the line is down.
Do I need a barcode scanner or receipt printer?
No. Bila is built to need zero hardware. Receipts go to your customer’s WhatsApp instead of paper, and on the Pro plan your phone’s camera doubles as a barcode scanner. If someone insists on paper, you can print the PDF from any normal printer.
How do WhatsApp receipts work? Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
No API, no extra costs. After a sale, Bila opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message containing a link to a beautiful hosted receipt — or shares the PDF directly. It works with the normal WhatsApp you already use.
How do I pay after the trial?
Simple bank transfer. Deposit to our account, upload a photo of the slip from the app, and we activate your shop for the months you paid — usually within a working day. No credit card or online payment required.
Can I use Bila on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in on your phone, the counter tablet and your laptop at home — they all sync to the same shop. Pro shops can give each cashier their own login too.
Is my data safe?
Your sales sync to our cloud over an encrypted connection and every shop’s data is fully isolated. The local copy on your device means even a lost connection never loses a sale.
